About Nora
Nora Lacampagne, grew up in Piedmont, California. Having resided in several areas around the Bay Area such as; Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma and Lake County, and will deem helpful to any Buyer or Seller. However, Nora is not limited to those areas, and has been quoted in saying " If a client wants to see a house, I will make it happen".
As a single mother, Nora understands the importance of stability and home ownership. Retaining this personal knowledge, Nora understands the balance for Buyers and Sellers moving from or into property ownership. Ideally, she strives to maintain a smooth, fair and equitable transaction for both parties.
Successful Real Estate Sales and Acquisitions, not only involves a dedicated Realtor like Nora, but also her ability to enlist client service providers, to assist in the pre-escrow inspection process, rending information so that sound decisions can be made regarding a subject property. Service providers may include but not limited to; lenders, home inspectors, specialized services, escrow/title companies that have held steadfast in providing quality services and ethical business practices.
Nora is a "Boots on The Ground" agent, not afraid to roll up her sleeves, providing assistance wherever it is needed to bring the transaction to a successful close. With telephone hours of 6:00am to 10:pm Nora is available, for those who work late hours and want to chat about a house they saw or what their Real Estate needs are.
